Privacy policy

The application Endless ATC (in all its versions), and its developer (Startgrid), does not collect, transmit, distribute or sell your personal data.

The application is completely offline, so beyond any personal data that the stores (Google Play, Steam, or itch.io) may make available to the developer, or personal data from email communication in case the user contacts the developer, the developer has no access to personal data. Any personal data is never shared with anyone else.

Although the application itself does not make use of the internet at all, the savegame files (which do not contain personal data) that are stored on the users device may be automatically backed up to the cloud when using the Android or Steam version, depending on the users preferences (see your Android device settings or Steam account settings). These backups are not accessible by the developer. Additionally, when using Steam, unlocked achievements may be shared via the Steam Client application. Whether or not achievement data is visible to others depends on the Steam preferences of the user.
